You'd clearly expect us to be technically-competent at what we do: and we are.

But we also try to operate as a 'proper' business.  We have a business plan, a formal partnership agreement, are properly tax-registered and have a separate business bank account.

Dealing with us, you will get a proper agreement along with full invoices and receipts.  We also deliver a comprehensive user guide that explains the key features of your website.  We obviously want all our clients to stay with us for the long term but we will never seek to "lock you in" by making it difficult for you to move on.

We've heard so many horror stories of individuals having had a website "hacked together" by a friend (some friend!) who has then run off with the source code - and in one case the domain name!

You can rely on us to act with integrity at all times.  As we say - "we may be good value but we are not cheap!"

This was never meant to be part of our website building service but we frequently advise customers on how to shape their website to help them sustain and grow their business.  With over 40 years working for some of the largest organisations in the world, and running his own company, Hugh has a wealth of experience that he is happy to offer.

A proper agreement

It’s only two pages but it sets out clearly what you can expect from us – and what we expect from you

A User Guide

Tailored specifically to your site it covers things like:

• How to send us content to be included
• All the styles we have used (fonts, colours etc.) so that you can match up printed material to get a consistent, professional-looking image for your business
• How you can quality check what we have built before we publish to the internet
• How to use the e-mail address that comes with the hosting service we offer to get an e-mail that is tied to your site e.g. hugh@kazarooony.co.uk

A testing domain

An area on the internet that we can use to publish changes we've made to your site so that you can review and approve them before we publish to the 'live' internet.

Regular statistics

A monthly (or weekly) summary of the number of visitors to your site and their route there

A promise on IPR

The website – content and layout – will remain your intellectual property at all times. If at any time, you terminate your agreement with us, we will at your request provide a CD copy of the entire site. You are free to use this in any way that you like and are under no obligation to purchase ongoing support.
